The first person you meet when you visit Dr. Dale Mortimer's office is Jill. Her winning smile and pleasant manner puts you at ease at once. She makes everyone feel comfortable. Dr. Mortimer says he is the guy in the "back room" who provides the care needed by his patients. Jill is in the front office to make sure each individual is comfortable.

Jill has been Dr. Mortimer's Office Manager since August of 2004. Over the years she has studied insurance as it relates to the patient. She knows how to deal with insurance companies from every aspect and is willing to extend herself to the very limit. Jill takes this responsibilty very seriously. A few years ago, Jill went back to school to become a Medical Assistant. Being a Medical Assistant has helped Jill in the process of getting prior authorization for office visits and medications in a more timely manner. Customer service and personal relationships are her passion. Each individual is treated as she would like to be treated.

Vancouver is home for Jill. She graduated from Mt. View High School, is married, and has two boys. When not at her job she takes an active part in the school system her boys attend. Family and community are very important to her.
